It focuses on identifying potential targets mainly in the technology or lifestyle sectors within the Asia Pacific and North American regions. Copley Acquisition Corp completed its initial public offering in May 2025, and its units initially traded under the symbol COPLU on the New York Stock Exchange, with separate trading of its Class A ordinary shares and warrants commencing in June 2025 under the symbols COPL and COPLW, respectively.
