  • Session replay metadata (mouse movements, clicks, scrolls) when enabled

We may receive information from third parties (e.g. if you click on an ad or affiliate link), or use their tools to enhance our service.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver and personalize our services
  • Send newsletters and updates (if you opt in)

  • Detect and prevent fraud or misuse
  • Analyze and improve our website and services, including funnel analysis and session replay using PostHog.

We use Resend to deliver our emails, including the Market Radar newsletter. When you subscribe, we record your email address and may track opens and clicks.

You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the link in the footer of any email.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Remember your preferences and keep you signed in
  • Improve performance and security
  • Analyze user behavior (via Google Analytics and PostHog)

  • PostHog sets first-party cookies whose names start with “ph_” to remember your anonymous ID and session. These cookies last up to 12 months unless you clear them or opt out.

  • Service providers: Stripe (billing), Clerk (sign-in and accounts), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (product analytics), Google Analytics (public pages), Rewardful (referral tracking), and our hosting and infrastructure providers

We do not sell your personal data.

7. Data Storage & International Transfers

Our services are hosted in the United States, and we operate the business from Australia. By using our services, you agree that your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States.

Analytics data processed by PostHog is stored in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

We use appropriate safeguards to protect your information.

  • Opt-out of data sale (we don’t sell your data)

Requests to delete or export data will also apply to any event data stored in PostHog.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations or as required by law. Raw event data in PostHog is kept for 24 months, then automatically deleted.

10. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures to secure your personal information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You use our site at your own risk.
