Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. II is a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, that was formed to identify and execute a merger or business combination with one or more operating businesses. In October 2022, the company raised capital through an initial public offering to pursue opportunities in the power infrastructure and decarbonization sectors. On February 24, 2026, Spring Valley completed its business combination with Eagle Energy Metals Corp., a next-generation nuclear energy company focused on uranium exploration and Small Modular Reactor technology. Following the closing of this merger, the combined entity began trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol NUCL. The transaction was backed by experienced investors and advisors with expertise in financial structuring, capital markets, and operational strategy, positioning the company to address structural energy supply challenges while contributing to domestic energy security and decarbonization goals.
