AirJoule Technologies Acquires BitSink, Adding Profitable AI & HPC Infrastructure Cooling Business
AirJoule Technologies Corporation announced it has acquired BitSink, a U.S.-based designer and manufacturer of cooling, electrical distribution and racking infrastructure for AI and high-performance computing data centers. The acquisition complements AirJoule's water technology, and BitSink brings 220+ MW of equipment deployments across North America. Management will host an investor webcast at 8:30am ET to discuss the transaction.
