PBF Energy Inc. is an independent oil and gas company focused on petroleum refining and related logistics operations. The company owns and operates a network of complex oil refineries in Delaware, New Jersey, Ohio, Louisiana, and California, processing crude oil and other feedstocks into gasoline, ultra-low-sulfur diesel, jet fuel, heating oil, lubricants, petrochemicals, asphalt, and other unbranded transportation fuels. Through its Refining segment, PBF Energy converts various crude grades into a broad slate of petroleum products tailored for wholesale and commercial customers. Its Logistics segment, largely consisting of terminals, pipelines, storage facilities, and marine, rail, and truck handling assets, supports the efficient movement of crude oil into its refineries and distribution of refined products to end markets. PBF Energy sells its products across major U.S. demand centers in the Northeast, Midwest, Gulf Coast, and West Coast, as well as in Canada, Mexico, and other international destinations, playing a significant role in supplying fuels and feedstocks to transportation, industrial, and commercial sectors. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey, the company operates as one of the largest independent petroleum refiners in North America.
